Clutter Coaching

Clutter Coaching

Sheila Galligan, professional organizer, coach and speaker has teamed up with Mary Schmid, professional life coach to offer their clients full-circle clutter-free, organized workspaces for life!

Mary completed her Master’s Degree in Business and Nursing, and earned her coaching training at the Coaches Training Institute.  She is currently enrolled in the Coaches Training Institute Certification Program for advanced training.  Mary is committed to this goal in order to be even more powerful in working with people to achieve their life altering goals.

Mary states, “I know and believe coaching is an effective way for people to change.  I have experienced the power of coaching in my own life.  Clients I have coached over the past three years have identified many benefits.  They have discovered their dreams, found clarity about what they want, recognized what holds them back and how to make choices using their experiences, skills, and learning which results in their moving forward to find harmony and balance in life.  Though you will (may) feel different from the first coaching session, coaching is not a quick fix.  It is a relationship and resource that helps you identify the changes you want to make; to identify strategies and tools for changes to support you in the process of making these life-altering changes.”

As your coach, she will work closely with you to design your experience.  This may be in person or on the phone.  Mary will provide you with tools, strategies, and action plans to become clear on your goals, to explore how to be at choice, and to balance work and play.  Continuous support is offered so that those goals you have been thinking about become reality.

2010 is here!  Take those goals and dreams off the shelf and make them a reality this year.  Step into and change your life to experience more authenticity and fulfillment.  You can contact me either by confidential phone or email for your free introductory session.   www.maryschmid.com
